XKNC-50GY排刀車銑復(fù)合機床是在50G基礎(chǔ)之上,開發(fā)了Y軸動力刀具以增強銑削功能,X向或Y向動力刀具由普通排刀車床可加裝的一把增加到兩把或是三把,動力刀具沿Y軸方向進給,可以實現(xiàn)徑向面加工、孔加工、端面槽加工、銑削及異型輪廓等復(fù)合加工,并具備動力刀具剛性攻絲功能,真正實現(xiàn)了排刀車床的車銑復(fù)合加工。
性能特點:
1、床身為對稱式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計剛性足,主軸與Z軸居于床身中間位置,有效減小熱変位對位置精度的影響。
2、HT300材質(zhì),其強度高,耐磨性好,整體設(shè)計優(yōu)良、減震效果好。

5. 記憶型螺距誤差補償,可對絲杠螺距誤差等機械系統(tǒng)中的誤差進行補償,補償數(shù)據(jù)以參數(shù)的形式存儲在CNC的存儲器中。
6. CNC內(nèi)裝PMC編程功能,對機床和外部設(shè)備進行程序控制。
7. 隨機存儲模塊,可在CNC上直接改變PMC程序和宏執(zhí)行器程序。
FANUC operating system

采用與20G機床同等規(guī)格尺寸設(shè)計,可使用20排刀系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)刀座,增加排刀數(shù)量,實現(xiàn)最大可安裝刀具數(shù)量9把。
